Amazingly well built guitar with very poor electronics

Very well built guitar overall. Smoothest neck I've played on, looks absolutely amazing too with the flamed maple. Smooth and beautiful fretboard. Good tuners, good bridge/tremolo, volume and tone pot feels like quality. A lot of this guitar feels high end.

But then there are the downsides. My guitar had very rough feeling frets, they seemed even in height but unpolished. The pickups sound very bad, even compared to the cheapest ones on the market, they are also very noisy. The alter switch doesn't add any value at all, it probably just causes more noise, cost and is in the way. The pickup selector feels very low quality with a lot of play.

Also even if the neck is so very well made it is too thick. Not only that, the "Modern C" shape is slightly thicker on the top than the bottom which feels bad. They should use the slightly thinner neck from the ST-Modern Plus instead, that has perfect thickness.

Also, a minor annoyance. This gold color is not shiny and smooth like all other Fusion-IV, but it feels slightly coarse and have some friction to it. Pick another color and that problem is solved.
