Excellent instrument, excellent to progress to a higher level, light, powerful with a very emphasized timbre (probably the union of the emg's with the neck a little thinner than normal and the alder body). the khaler system is a very high level, for me it is much better studied than the classic floyd rose. thomann shipping excellent as usual, I had a delay with ups express saver payed shipping but these are things that can happen, not a big deal next time i will use normal shipping cause basically are the same. and now ..come to the negative point: the guitar aesthetically has 3 imperfections, which not even the harley benton have (and I own 3 HB guitars) on a guitar for 2,099 euros it is unacceptable, on the right side where you put the strap on the soft corner is not painted a thin side of 3-4 cm, so the result is a white thin line that is horrible to see, on the neck at key 7 there is a micro hole above the inlay near the red star and on key 13 there is a marked sign on the wood in the higher point. none of these 3 imperfections alters in any way the instrument for which I keep it, but as another user has already written, quality control is non-existent. (i know that we are talking about a differente price range but...long live the harley benton for impeccable quality control) cause this non quality control is near Cort instruments as my experience.

Wer den Namensgeber (und den Musikstil) kennt, weiß in welchem Bereich das Instrument anzusiedeln ist.
Bestellung/Lieferung verliefen absolut problemfrei, die tatsächlich einzigen Bedenken hatte ich beim Kahler-System (bisher hatte ich FR- und TOM-Systeme), der Rest der Hardware (EMGs, Gotoh) spricht für sich/Erwartungen absolut erfüllt. Nach ausgiebigem Test muss ich sagen: die anfänglichen Bedenken waren absolut ungerechtfertigt, das Kahler-System tut genau was es soll, ist stimmstabil und bei einer Neubesaitung (prognostiziert) deutlich angenehmer als ein FR-System, da die ball-ends der Saiten nicht entfernt werden müssen (Features 5/5).
Die Bespielbarkeit empfinde ich sogar als angenehmer als bei FR-Systemen und beim Sound (clean und max. Distortion) gibt es meinerseits keine Beanstandungen. Durch die Konstruktion des Tremolo-Systems liefert die Gitarre meiner Ansicht nach mehr Sustain und ein satteres, volleres Klangbild verglichen mit einer LTD KH-602 (Sound 5/5).
Die Verarbeitung ist absolute Spitzenklasse, keine Grate, keine Lackfehler, ... - ein äußerst hochwertiger Eindruck ( Verarbeitung 5/5).
Insgesamt bleibt nur sagen: 5/5

2000€ c'est beaucoup pour une LTD, même une signature.
Ai-je pour autant le moindre regret ? Absolument pas.
Cet instrument est exactement ce que je recherchais.
Une guitare de qualité, ultra fiable pour du live.
Le manche est confortable et les frettes bien hautes.
J'adore le Kahler Hybrid, que ce soit pour une utilisation subtile ou extrême, la souplesse du système est très plaisante et la tenue d'accord est irréprochable, contrairement à ce que les détracteurs de la marque clament.
Les EMG 81 et 85 ne sont plus à présenter, pour un son agressif tout en restant propre à haut gain, je ne vais pas chercher plus loin.

Cela dit les repères en forme d'étoiles sur la touche ne sont pas très visibles dans des conditions de scène, la lumière ne s'y reflète pas vraiment, ce n'est pas aussi pratique que des incrustations couleur nacre.

Evidement, il y a de bien meilleurs rapports qualité / prix chez LTD, mais si vous voulez une guitare avec un Kahler, c'est actuellement la seule disponible chez Thomann.
