JO
The macdaddy of buss processors!
Joe O 27.10.2026
The absolute macdaddy of buss processors! So much control and power to make anything sound better with a great workflow. Having owned 2 shelfords for a long time, I can say they’ve nailed the RND tone. Red Silk is very close to the hardware, the blue however not quite as thick and warm sounding as hardware. Amazing forgiving comp and the best sounding stereo field processors there is. Total magic box. It’s expensive but worth every penny to me as trumps anything else I’ve been using in 20 years of mastering. However it can easily turn its hand to any mixing duties too.
