I’ve had a few drum machines over the years, both analogue and sample based and aside from the Volca drum, nothing has really stuck.
The drumlogue is a beast in terms of sounds available between changing the transients of the analogue parts and loading samples. It delivers a good punch and the separate outs give me more latitude over the sound which is what I was looking for.
Now when I fist took it out of the box I had no idea what was going on, so I have had to sit and learn how it works and again I’m very happy that there is a lot going on underneath to peak my sound design curiosities. Overall, well made, unique voiced, good sequencer that may take some time to fully learn.
