solid stand
Although I have several stands already (don't we all?) I needed a foldable stand with a solid back plate in order to take the Aria stand light (which is the only music stand light that's really good btw) - this Hercules stand is well made, very solid, also the fact that the back plate folds in half is especially useful for transport. I've taken one star off the handling because it is pretty heavy to lug around, and it would also be nice if the main stem folded down to just a bit shorter length - again for ease of packing into a bag for transport.
