Harley Benton Parts Pickguard Screws Black

The screws are painted black and some are not fully covered in paint so there is a little difference in color but it's only visible with in the lights.
I use them on my pickguard because i thought it would look nice.
Overall they are fine, nothing to worry about but could be better.

They are just screws but they did their job

I used these screws on my esp guitar's back plate. They where a little big for the holes, but they still fit. The thing that i didn't like about these screws is how the black paint starts coming off almost instantly, and now the screws are all silver where the screwdriver has ben.

It does the job pretty well. The black paint is not really durable against scratches so caution is needed when getting them in.

I should have read previous reviews that pointed this out, but I didn't. I suppose I didn't because it didn't even cross my mind that someone would think this was a good idea.

The screws themselves seem fine..they aren't superb quality, but they're pickguard screws so that's not needed.

Unless your pickguard is perfectly countersunk and you're 100% sure every hole is perfectly angled and centered all the way around the pickguard, you will end up with a sharp edge somewhere.

I bought a black pick guard for my Fender P Bass so decided to replace the chrome with black screws. The screw thread is slightly larger than the Fender screws which is great. The holes tend to wear out after a few repairs so these screws tightened down nicely. Just remember never to over tighten, there's no need to or you'll be repairing the screw holes! The only negative comment I have is that the Fender P Bass pick guard has 13 holes and there are only 12 in the packet.

The bolts are quite weak, and be aware that when screwing them the paint will go right off! Not the best material when rebuilding a guitar.
Won't be purchasing them again

They are screws. Black ones. If you need black screws, these are those!

They didn't chip or lose any of the black coating when i screwed them in and the head didn't wear out making it impossible to unscrew them, so quality is as good as it gets for screws i guess.

They make my new colour scheme look all pretty!

I bought 2 packs of these to finish an all black start I was making. They aren't very good though.
Firstly. They are flat heads not rounded that you see on pretty much every other guitar.
Secondly. The heads on 2 of the screws broke off whilst fitting them.
They'll be replaced as soon as the other black screws I ordered arrive. Spend a bit more and get some decent screws is my advice to you.

Screws are of great quality, nice finish, but much longer than your standard Ibanez / Jackson style screws - had to shorten them with a grinder to get proper use out of them!
